COMPETITION DESCRIPTION:
The only constraint this time was a prohibitive time limit!
Each entry had to last for exactly 20 seconds, no more and no less!
We really had no idea what would come along from this challenge, and as usual we were really surprised at the different styles that came from this challenge.
They may be short prods, but please don't let that put you off downloading them, they are very accomplished!

To run this program, you'll need to have PS2 Yabasic, there is a link to that software in the topic.
There is a lot happening in this entry, Rain Storm seems to have tried to put as many things on the screen as possible.
For those who don't know, remember.. PS2 Yabasic is an interpreted language. It has not graphics capability apart from rectangles and triangles.
All in all a lot of work has gone into this.

In addition, you get a nice song, a sine scroller, a 2D starfield and a huge diamond shaped vector bouncing around the screen.
This was one of Voltages first attempts at software rendered 3D with tinyptc and earned him a tied 3rd place with Benny and Tetra.

Benny invites us to think about the impact we are having on our environment here.
Over the 20 second span of the demo we see a nuclear bomb going off and some statistics of what has actually happened in the world during the time the demo is on the screen is displayed.
This is the first entry to one of our challenges that made us think about the impact we have on our environment.
