Bikerboy, for me it was d3dx9_40.dll that was missing and caused that kind of crash.  But it's working for me on Vista, well done Vai!n!!

thanks for your feedback and comments on pouet  8)

@bikerboy:
can you tell me your system config? i think you are using vista, right? I know one person having problems to run the 1k on XP-SP3 and one guy with Vista... atm i have two jobs and i am extreme busy to check why it happens... but i found out, that it could possible to do when opening a DX screen 640x480 on vista. (opening 800x600 screen works for this guy O.o)

I will try to find out the problem and bring as soon as possible a fixed version (when having some more time and found the bug). Thx for the info.

[Edit:]
@Jim: ups you was faster with your posting, hehe...
first thanks for your feedback ;)

btw, did you missed d3dx9_40  or  3dx9_24 ?  It should require _24...   used this with crinkler:  /REPLACEDLL:d3dx9_40=d3dx9_24

_40 was needed for the demo version you posted. Dunno about the final release.

a bit strange "no standard" value ^^

Yes, cant you hear it? Upss... okay joking ^^
Its a 1k intro! So i think the included stuff is okay for a 1k... no space for sound (when having a PE header)... ^^
