you seems to like old modules players
I found the page of Brian Postma about BP synth module : there are BP format, BSEditor with source and a demo with source : "Time Circle" using the player.
There is also a linux source of the player
http://www.brianpostma.com/pc.html
http://www.brianpostma.com/linux.html
http://brianpostma.tweakdsl.nl/files/OldStyle.zip (demo)
unfortunately, site seems to be outdated, and BSplay 1.0, BSeditor and demo player doesn't play correctly some BP (like Synthdrum...) :(
the version 0.1 using directsound works fine
Do you know if it's possible to correct it ?
(the good version is used in Oldskool winamp plugin)

this is a page about SIDplayer :
http://www.geocities.com/siliconvalley/lakes/5147/sidplay/download.html (dead link)
http://wiki.gp2x.org/wiki/Fr:OldPlay
perhaps possible to implement stand-alone players for intros

Wasn't Soundmon the way that Maniacs Of Noise used to compose stuff with?
It would be so utterly cool if some one developed something with the ability to play sid tunes with SidPlayer. As I love C64 music.
Cheers and all the best with your progress,
Clyde.

strange...finaly, Synthdrum works fine with this soundmon player
see this intro (http://cyberpingui.free.fr/skidrow_robocod.zip) (version _bp)
but the volume seems to be very down. I don't know how to increase volume with that player ?!

I've got STSound YM player somewhere. SID ones are a bit more difficult because often they need a CPU emulator to run the trackers as there were few module standards back then.

Hi there,
I post you my extended version of the GPLed ST Sound Library by Leonard/Oxygene (http://leonard.oxg.free.fr)
In this extended version I included a winmm-based sound server with callback functions.
File-based loading as well as in-memory based loading is supported.
You may find some more tunes here --> http://www.chiptune.de/
Have fun with it ...
Cheers,
SLiPPY
