Hi,
Just a quick post to let you know about our new xmastro release.
Leech me HERE (http://z10.invisionfree.com/Old_Skool_UK/index.php?showtopic=1284&st=0&#last)
You may recognise the coder? :)
Merry Xmas from all at the oSuK forums. :xmas:

Screenie :)

Neat! I liked it
:xmas:

Cool and schoolish !!!
-
Background effect is really simple can anyone guess how it's made?
-
Looks a bit like two of these

with more segments in them, and the centres orbit around one-another. Where the alternating coloured segments cross, you do an xor of the colours.
Something like that anyway :) Very nice effect, it might even be possible on an Amiga.
Good xmastro :D Happy Christmas oSuK!

Definately possible with just two bitplanes on the Amiga :)
-
@All: Glad u liked it. ;)
@Shock: Intro Inferno submissions seem to be down at mo but will try again later. I wasn't really bothered releasing it on II at first because I didn't want it 'rating' as such but only wanted to show people who'd appreciate it for what it was.
I'm curious to find out what the II users will say, so what the hell. At least no-one can slam the logo. ;D
-
I'll submit it then :)
By the way, I don't mind about criticism positive or negative, it's a fast made thing anyway so probably deserves some negative feedback :)
-
Lol, submissions down for me too and I'm supposed to be a moderator over there ::)
-
Cheers m8. Maybe the subs dept is just closed for xmas?? :)
-
More likely Druid is doing some work on the database :)
-
Subs on II is back up, Shock!
I've just added it and currently awaiting validation. The thumbnail hasn't come too pretty but you get the idea. Let's see what the masses have to say. ;)

I honestly don't mind what they say mate :) It's good to know that submissions are fixed on II :)

Honnestly..here THE truth...Druid, stoned as hell, deleted by accident the submit page on the server while he was trying to fix the nasty bug he found...of course he also deleted his local copy of the file...he was sooo lazy to start again to code that page that he decided to put that temp message instead...sorry guys :)
Nice intro bw!

Have some Karma for deleting part of your own website by accident :)
