Hello everyone, I did some tests when I started to learn PB 5 months ago and here an interesting one that could help other PB beginners. Sorry for the French comments, few words are in english. Should be easy to figure out what I'm doing.
(I didn't put credits, but everybody should know SOTB ;P)

How the hell haven't you released your things?
I can think of at least 5 active groups that would love to have code of this quality.
Just because it looks old school doesn't mean it is hated by everyone.
This is really really good.

I love Sotb! Really nice one

I my mind SOTB is a classic for scrollers, because of this web site http://sotb.free.fr/index_en.html (http://sotb.free.fr/index_en.html) (goodies section) There's even Analogue's blitz version and the amazing 20 lines java script by P01. I didn't though I could release a SOTB intro as a demoscene production, I even posted it back in the French PB forum, I wanted to share something with DBF :-X
I'd a think with your nice snow gfx. Maybe one could try to use it in this code.
Thanks for the nice feedback. ;)

nice one...
i have coded a SOTB thing very very long (2+ years ago!?) too and released the code (purebasic)...
maybe i have a backup on a CD or you may find it somewhere on web... anyway nice and great old game!

Hi Va!n, somebody on the PB forum said that there was an older version, it must be yours. Also I founded another version in PB by the same author (I can't remember his name or where I got the files) who did a Blitz version before (it was looking the same, with reflexion on the water)

Very nice well created demo very enjoyable :)

Very cool. Didnt know you code in PureBasic.
Is your xMas entry also written in PB ? Nice one !!!

Can't say enough thanks to Maxx, he makes me joined Dawn demo group. Now I think I understand why Shockwave was upset, so I apologize. I've respect for any real work on any level or school, now I can be goofy.
Also thanks Benny, I did mention you in the circular scrolly. ;) WillXmas was create with PB.
(quite hard to read but not unreadable)
...
NEED TO EXPERIMENT MORE EVEN IF I LEARNED A LOT WITH THIS CONTEST[ LEARNING HOW TO CHANGE THE RES IN OPENGL AND STILL KEEP A NICE FILE SIZE RATIO[ I ALWAYS WANTED TO MAKE A SMALL DEMO LIKE THIS[ A STAND ALONE EXECUTABLE LOL\ BEFORE I WAS MAINLY DOING SOME SCRIPTING AND JUST STARTED WITH PUREBASIC IN SEPTEMBER[ THX BENNY AND AULD FOR THE LITTLE OPENGL WINDOW ROUTINE\ OK ALL I NEED NOW IS FEEDBA
...
Also WillyXmas was done since a little tuto (the make of somehow) I did on the french PB forum during my experiments.

@Buckethead:
Didnt manage to read it ... but cool. Very impressive purebasic release. Did
you post it in the official pb forums ? Could be of high interest there ?

Soulreaper's version is nice too but I think I prefer yours.
