Title: cool demo tool
Post by: madeyes on January 21, 2010
Hi everyone,

Sorry if you've already seen this but I think this tool I noticed over at pouet is awesome.
Realtime update of the opengl display as you code  :o

Not bad. Its rought but seems to do what he intended. But I for one can't get the load command to work. The readme says click on the render window but that didn't help. Would be fun to see some other project except the cube.

Yeah it's cool. If you like this sort of thing you may also want to try a prod called Shadertoy, that's great fun too :)

Yup, that looks cool indeed. And I second Shockwave, Shadertoy is *really*
great, too!

I checked shader toy out before but didn't bother since you have to get a dev web browser. Now when I did I *REALLY* regret that I didn't took the time before. The shaders are just amazing and even the amazingly cool Slisesix shader is there! Question is how hard it would be to add them the Plane9 screensaver/music visualizer. Of course full credit would go to the creators of the shaders.
