Title: Fuzion Disk 141 remake + PB Source
Post by: KrazyK on December 27, 2013
Here's a little Christmas present for new Purebasic users.
I finished this Atari ST remake before Christmas and thought I would share the source and data files here.  After all, Christmas is all about giving   ;)
It was a pretty quick one to do but interesting ripping the music out of the original due to the fact that some of the Count Zero music in this one wasn't in the sndh archive.
There are 12 tunes in this one from using keys 'grave' (the odd one left of the number 1 and below esc) along to the 'minus' key.
All the required files are in the zip including the .ST file for STeem.
It requires the PureProcs library copied into your \PureLibraries\UserLibraries folder wherever you have installed PureBasic, which i've included in the zip.
It's written using v5.21 LTS but i've tried not to use any 5.xx specific commands so it should run on with earlier versions too. Unfortunately I can't try this out anymore so don't blame me if it bombs.  ::)
It isn't pretty but it works and i've commented it as much as I can but feel free to ask anything if you need to.

I don't suppose there's any chance of the source code to Fuzion 186  ;D
I would like to see how the text typer was done.

Thanks

Hey pad, long time mate.  RR is looking a bit bare on the ST front at the moment.  Stormy has been pretty busy lately.
I'll send you a link to my latest remakes in my dropbox soon.

Nice one as always KrazyK, and bonus of the shared source, I will check it out if/when I get time to. RL just seems to get in the way... I'd like to code more, but have other things that take priority at the moment. :/

I find the problem with coding, is that you can't just do an hour, it turns into 3, 4, 5, 6 hours.

Usually until early into the morning!

"3AM?? WAT?! I'll just finish this routine then bed...."

"350AM!!! WAT!!"

"430AM!! OH NO!!! Gotta be up at 7am!"
