The 1st voting was much more difficult. I couldn't decide at first, so I slept on it and voted the next day. The huge variety of aproaches made it very difficult to compare, I loved them all for different reasons. The wide spread of votes reflect that as well.

Good luck both of you, there were a lot of varied and interesting entries and as the voting showed, we all found it hard to decide between the two of you.

Each one deserves to win, I just hope we don't end up with *another* tie

May the best program win. I wonder if style and atmosphere will beat the physics simulation. Both were coded to a very high degree of skill, and I would have found it difficult to make anything like either of these.

I'm sort of glad I didn't make it into the final 2 - some of my votes may have been down to subliminal messaging (sp?).

Thanks again to everyone who entered this comp.  The standard of coding and originality of ideas was very high from everyone.  18 entries is also some kind of a record and a very pleasant surprise. I'm sure this means we'll be running another one before too long.  Stay tuned!

This is both great and a disaster - I'd love to do another challenge, but I'm working on a huge project at work. Still, if there's a long time to the deadline (about a month), I should have enough spare coding time to put together a competitive entry.
