Hi Kirl,

welcome on board. I love to work with everything which runs in the browser, too. Give it
a try. Currently we have the canvas tag, WebGL, Flash and some more stuff.

Hi Kirl, thanks for introducing yourself.

There are some really cool things written for Browsers, I for one will look forward to seeing what you come up with, especially if you enter the liquid challenge!

Good luck and welcome :)

Hello guys,

I'm new to these forums, though I used the Yabasic boards many moons ago under the username "Snakedogg" - wow, that seems like aaages ago.

Anyway, want to build upon my limited C++ knowledge learned at Uni and do something fun/useful with it. I remember some cracking characters, still here by the looks of it :-)

Tell us a bit about yourself - what bit of demo coding takes your fancy?

n00b alert! I might stick around a while and take part in the demo coding. I cant compete with the pro's like farbraush, conspiracy, and the like. Maybe this place will be more my speed.  BTW will the spam prevention questions ever go away? Or do I have to play 20 questions every time I want to post?

@xearokool:
Welcome to the forum. Feel free to ask questions if you need to know some stuff
and keep us informed about the progress you make. Did you decide which programming
language you want to use yet?

Best,
benny!

It's Xteraco again, he was banned a long time ago for being an idiot on here, he once stole a 256 byte intro from RBZ and released it as his own, this new opening post proves that nothing has changed.

Hello,

My name is Luis.   I recently started demo-coding since the arrival of US based demo parties such as blockparty / @party.  So far I have been able to recreate basic 90s effects with processing later transitioning into C.  I hope to learn a few new tricks here to create more demos.  Some projects I'm currently working on are: J2ME pixel based effects and an Atari 800XL intro.
