Hello,

I am not working in computer field. I only learn programming at my leisure.  My knowledge is very limited actually.

I mainly download free language softwares to learn. For example, NaaLaa. The trial version of PureBasic is also a nice tool for novice to learn.

Hi all,

I'm just registering now and I find this place promising. I'm a programmer and use to program in C, javascript and assembler  plus several weird languages such as rebol, tcl or scheme

In my spare time I program games and little tools mainly for own use

Hope to learn here and give help as far as I know

greets

Hi, I'm John and I'm not a robot.
I would like to download an attachment from a post and needed to register in order to see it.
I'm not actually that interested in programming to be honest, so there. That said, maybe this place will be useful in the future but as far as I'm concerned everything that's worth creating has already been made. I am generally a pessimist, in case you couldn't tell.
Thank you for having me.

Oh wow! Welcome!

Rain is one of my favourite Spectrum demos! Simple but lovely design, awesome music by Mister Beep, effective graphical screen and I *love* the way the 'man' fades into the background towards the end.

Hi aNdy, thanks for your kind words, I very much appreciate it.
My comment was very much heartfelt! I'm a C64 guy, but 'Rain' really made an impression on me for some reason!

And for those wondering what the hell I'm on about, here's the demo here...
