Love the new theme Nick

...... I know how tricky it was to sort out!

Still a few things need doing, the contact button is missing for now but I'll add that in soon.
Hope everyone likes the new look, this theme was a paid theme btw so it's been professionally done.

The outter boxes and background really looks very professional. However,
the normal background colors of the posted threads seems to be in the
old colors ( light blue and grey ). This doesnt fit to the outer design 100%ly
IMHO.

But maybe my eyes just need to get used to it ...

Now we need a cool logo for my community" that fits with the colors!

Nah ... the new design looks very elegant and professional indeed.

Guess it is just a strange feeling. I was visiting this board in the past
nearly every day - and there was at least one browser tab always open
with the old design.

My brain just seems to work a bit slow - it has to figure out that the
dbf-gvy forum is now in a different color scheme ... give it some time

Ok.

I hope people will appreciate the time and effort that goes into maintaining and upgrading this board all the time though.. It can be a hard task sometimes.

Btw, you can adjust the width of this theme at the top of the page which can be made to show more of the blue background which ties in nicely with the post reply colours.

The background of this theme is like a nice blue with a touch of green, I think it's one of the nicest themes I've ever looked at tbh. The additional php coding required to set the themes up in the past has always put me off adding a nice theme, the old one looks a lot different and quite plain compared to this.

There is another consideration, the old one was broken and causing errors.

*Drools* 9 times out of 10, I would say to go with a minimalist theme, but now is not one of those times.

I like the new design, and the background colors on the posting area suits me just fine. Great work there SW.

Yep, you can select different horizontal widths, top right of any screen in this site. This site is designed to work in resolutions of 800 pixels wide and upwards.

I think I've nailed all the little bugs in the theme, was hard work but it should be worth it..

Ok, anyway we have all the functionality back that we had before, I plan to remove some modifications that are not needed (don't worry arcade stays).

This won't happen today, I'm square eyed.. Adding the missing site buttons was a pain in the bum
