Sounds a bit strange - but I really love the background.
The silhouettes of the trees just look perfectly. Really
like this!

Nice work!

Now use Freebasic and animate the falling snowflakes ;-)

what i really wanted to do with this image is to load it in freebasic , add a simple text scroller ( no effects or anything plain text), add a christmas tune and make a greeting cardtro  :P

but that's too complicated for me :-\

glad you liked it man :D

Yeah. Thats the way it goes in the beginning. That is frustrating - but this
struggles also give you the good feeling after you fixed it and make it work.

And don't forget that a lot of ppl will try to help if you post a detailed error
description.

... i'm starting to believe i'm not coding material :-\

I think at this point you just need to stay motivated. If you really want to
start coding - you will ;-)

Coding Tip: I dont know if you're doing this allready, but make sure the screen resolution is the same as your picture ( if it's to be full screen ). Or better still work with 640x480, and resize your image; the higher the screen size you use the slower stuff will run at.

Very festive indeed dude, been keeping a bit of a close eye on your progress, both graphically and programming wize, and your doing very well indeed. Keep it up.

Cheers and all the very best,
Clyde.
