I get an error message:
"This application failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I'll see if it is a widely available file.

Found it, but now I get the error:
"Create pixel shader - error"

I'll get round to having all these demo-coding dlls one day.

Looks like your graphics card doesn't support pixel shader 2.0  ???
or you can try to update your directx9 here:
