"Bridge" drawing and "Awake" Song

Hey

Long time I didn't used my pencils .. This drawing was made with HB and 2B pencils, and the Gimp is used to work on colors, contrast, .. and suppress scanning defaults.

Not really demo-related but if anyone wants to use it in a project, don't hesitate a png (big size) is available if necessary

Nice work Hezad, I love pencil artwork. There are so many cool possibilities with it, such as smudging the pencil with your thumb to soften the image.

The lighting you achieved on the stones is effective.

Yup, nicely done, although I think the motive could
be a different one. Is it the top-view of a little bridge
over a canyon ? I think this is hard to draw - I would
wonder how other objects drawn by you would look
like.

thanks benny but in fact its a bridge saw from the side of the canyon XD I guess the bridge is not enough detailed :s Anyway, if I draw future stuff, i'll post here

I just recorded a new song. But I guess instead of polluting the Graphics/sound forum with my posts, I'll group it in this thread (more than that, my songs aren't related to demoscene so I really have to stop creating threads in this sub forum )

Uhh ... that's another great tune. 

Love it, the high tones might need some "polishing" esp.
when there are two high voices singing together.

Nevertheless, this song I do really like again. Great work.

About adding all your creations into a single thread might become
risky that some ppl do not notice new posts ie. music and songs.

hum yeah I agree but there is an ungrateful frequency when I sing high notes and I have to tweak them a bit numerically it's difficult to have "polished" sound with those notes (maybe I should take some singing courses too, that could help )

Yeah, but I'm afraid to create several threads not specifically related to demoscene since we're on a demoscene board :S

Scene is all about creativity and you shouldn't feel bad about making new topics to get opinions on your work

100% agree here.

The stuff you produce has quality and it looks like you put a lot of work in them -
so I think they deserve seperate posts IMHO. And we even have a seperate forum
for it - so it is OK.
