Just be patient with coffee enemas as they can be a bit too hot when freshly made. :o

I am more concerned about Mel and Jacob now, Mel has a temperature of over 40 degrees and with Jacob being only 2 and a half it's really worrying me. I hope that he doesn't get it.

My symptoms seemed to peak last night, I feel if anything a little bit better today.

I really hope you all avoid it. Thanks for the well wishes :)

Swine flu are horrible to have as one as of my deaf friends who from london had it. I Hope your familys doesnt get any of swine flu and I am please that you are feeling better :)
