like when there on the internet they have like Ms paint up but they can draw on the web pages and documents?, please

It depends on the manufacturer of the interactive white board.

At the school I currently work for, we have SMART Boards and Promethian Activ Boards.

The SMART Boards use a program called SMART Notepad.

Promethian Activ Boards use another program called Activ Studio.

There may be other brands of interactive whiteboards, but these are the two I'm most familiar with.
