Isolation crew, sign off
« on: March 29, 2020 »
Day three of lockdown, and the house is already cleaner than it has been in months. Thinking about digging out the ZX Spectrums I'd stashed away for a rainy day.

|How's the rest of the DBF squad coping?
I love semi-colons way too much ^^;

Still going in to work. Night of the long knives hit last week but I dodged the bullet.

I have recently been in hospital (3 days) due to kidney stones, got discharged, then came down with the flu (or similar virus)... and have been in lock-down since 6th March. :/

Although... I haven't coded in years (pc demo) as life took over, and now I have other things that use up my spare time, but as for coding pc demo stuff again, probably not (but I'll never say never).

In lockdown here.

Guess I now have plenty of time to finish off my C64 game, Chiller 2...

Please stay safe everyone.

Just been out for our ďonce a dayĒ walk and itís pretty cold out there.

A bit of house tidying this afternoon then have a mess about with my Amiga project.

Itís all very surreal.

Still stayed most time at home. Due fact i live alone, i only went out when needed to buy food or drived to docs and hospitals.

But for now - due fact of some new massive health problems (like two kinds of malicious cancers) i have to stay at home - anything else is to danger (and probaly deathly) atm because i have complete no immune system anymore. (one more problem).

So the worldwide corona epidemi and its risk really sucks. Hope you all are fine and please keep care and fine! ... stay at home ...

best wishes to all ya. if someone is sick, get back on feet and joy the life again.

me personally are fine. no probs at all.

my only problem is: CAN'T GO TO the GYM. i'm in bodybuilding since many many years.
don't have Iron at home to bridge the lockdown because the gym is 10 minutes far from home and i never had in mind to buy some for home use.
bad now.

but as i can see, many guys here have bigger issues than mine.

Stay strong !

I didn't know you bodybuild Inc.

Try out these high resistance Calisthenics type exercises that you can do at home without equipment:

handstand pushups against a wall
Pullups
Nordic hamstring curls (I use a strap around ankles and some kind of bench/door)
Pseudo planche pushups
shrimp squats
