search on google but didnt fint anything useful !?

It is a myth around Alexander the Great on how he became King. Supposedly the Oracle foretold that whoever could untie a complex knot (that didn't have any ends) would become King. Alexander tried to untie the knot, and finding that it didn't have any ends, cut through the knot to create some ends and untied the knot:

I called this little silly a Gordian Knot since it is based on sphere calculations that look like a tangled knot.
