Title: Best GBA Emulator?

Okay I have downloaded Ham_dev_kit and also some demos from Here (http://www.gbadev.org/demos.php?listby=category&category=Tech%20Demo) but I dont know how to get the roms to run. Do I need a dedicated emulator to run these? If so which emulator should I go for

you should have vba with your download of ham you will have to go into the tools section of where you installed ham and you should see it, i think its aboutthe best emu ive tried its fast and very capabile, what i did was assign vba to all .gba files so rather than having to start vba before trying each rom i can just double click my roms.
