Post by: ScottyBrosious on July 04, 2007
Would anyone know how to code
opengl volumetric fog?
Not the ordinary fog but volumetric fog
I know Nehe has tutorial 41 but I can't find it for freebasic.
Maybe someone in here knows how to code it up in freebasic
maybe jim or someone else can show me how it works in freebasic opengl programming?
thanks
Scott

You are joking, right?

I think you should concentrate on learning more of the basics of opengl before going into more complicated techniques like that, it'll not only make it easier for yourself to understand the concepts but also will make it easier for others to help you if you can post the code that you've written so far that can be built upon.

Also, some acknowledgment for anyone trying to help you would be appreciated and would help you in future.

Hopefully things will change with Scott's seemingly ruthless approach to using our time shortly.

Of course we have all seen situations where members with this kind of attitude have come along before, hopefully Scott will be one of those people who works out well in the end.
