Hope this is correct place to ask. I've been a member here but I don't make demos personally so I know I'm not a big face. However, the type of music that usually goes into these demos is exactly what I want for my retro style 2d shoot-em-up, so I figured I'd ask around and see if I could get anyone ;).
I need about seven 1-2 minute (loopable) tracks for my shmup called Option V. The only catch is I need at least working versions by August 20th. So I'm going to need someone who can work fast. Now you'll be able to touch up the tracks if need be after for the official release, I just need working versions by the 20th. If anyone here can help, either post in this thread or email. Preferably email me as I will probably get it sooner.

Here are some screenshots, I am pretty far done with the engine development, so you don't have to worry about your effort going down the drain ;).

Looks promising, hopefully you'll get some music, Roly is still around fairly often and he makes some nice songs.

@Deleter:
Hi. Screenies look nice. Unfortunately I am not a musician myself - but there are some
musicians around here. So hopefully you'll get some pieces of music. Keep us informed
about the progress of your game, please !

Thanks for the comments, its appreciated :). Just hope I get a musician before I have to submit it =X. Will definitely post here upon completion ;).
edit: looks like I found one

Yep please do, this forum may be demo scene led, but there is always a place for games too.

I used to love Xenon and Silkworm - this looks very similar :) :)

Remember SWIV?
That was a hell of a cool game, I liked it that it loaded as it went along, the Amiga was brilliant like that.
If this game has the same sort of feeling as Swiv I'd be happy.
