Cool stuff!
If there was a way of editing out the background of some of these videos and flatshading the breakdancers these images would look awesome in a newschool demo.

Hey,
yeah ... you're right shocky ... that'll be a cool idea for some newschool stuff ...
look what I found ... after short googl-ing :)

... perhaps there's more stuff like this available ^^

Probably lots of stuff like that around.
This reminds me that when I went to see Tetra, he told me about a program he wrote that could detect what parts of a live video image had changed from frame to frame.
I'd bet that if we had video of someone breakdancing over a static backdrop (not a crowd moving around) that it could be done.

Oki ...
just found something very interesting to shockys idea ...

there're a whole bunch of motion capture files ... perhaps this could be used in some kind of demo stuff ??! Although I don't know how it could be realized ... anyway :)

What mannor of craft is this that a man of color may float above the ground stopping only briefly to push upward? :o

Thats the same kind of thing I thought, Tetra's method was using a neural net to do it I think to actually get the complete flat shaded oputline of the person.
It's beyond my capabilities though. Maybe someone cleverer could have a crack at it.
