Well your demo really.

Can anyone recommend an easy way (tools etc) to get a video on youtube of your demo? Before it happens , I want to exclude kkapture which never works for me. So...any other recommended ways? Need to record the audio too...

every pixel has to be written to the HDD for each frame since there isnt enough time to compress the image which may slow things enough to throw the audio out of sync. Perhaps the audio can be recorded seperately and played over the captured video? Fraps is very popular amongst the online gaming scene many people use that program to upload in game footage to youtube

FRAPS works miracles.

You could also incorporate your own AVI saving code in the demo (nasty) and if you have the ability to fix the frame rate - not delta timing, but pass in a fixed time slice to the movement routines - you can just dump the frames.
