Just to let you know that if you don't like the look of the forum, there are several themes to chose from, you can access them from your personal profile, hopefully there is one there that will suit your tastes.

I'm using Midnight Mist myself, I think it's the nicest of the themes in a calming blue way.

Midnight Mist seems to be missing a large number of images, such as the main menu images at the top of the pages.

The Yabb one looks nice too. if Blue is ya thang.

It's very subdued. Don't like it much myself but I probably have bad taste or something.
