Hi everybody heres another attempt at doing raster bars this time from scratch.I've gone through it to make sure theres no bugs in it this time and taken all your advice on board from the last one i tried.I'd appreciate feedback on how it runs and how it looks. Please be honest with me if you see problems then tell me as this will only help me in my future development.Telling me everything is fine when its not will be counter productive.
Even though i don't know you guys i will take any critism the right way.
Thanks for your continued support.

You have not posted an image of what it should look like, but here is one grab of how it looks on my computer.
I am not sure, if thats how its supposed to look like, but when its running it does seem like there might be some glitches, the blueish color seem to be moving from left to right, and the effect on the top looks more filled out when in motion than on a screenshot. I hope that helps.

Looks the same here too, but I must say it's not unpleasant :D
Well done Gooner, you're getting better :)
-
Not too bad, To be honest without the source we cant point out anything in partiular that you may be doing wrong/right. This is a raster bar effect though so you're doing it correct.

Thank you everybody for taking the time to reply.I will now attempt to use rastar bars in a definitive theme and post them along with source code. Thanks once again for your continued support

Nice one. Runs smooth - looks a bit distorted somehow though.
But I like it. Keep it up!

Is it rastar or raster? Or rasta O0 ?

It's Raster dude.
Looking forward to seeing your progress Gooner dude.

My boss at RISC always used to call my 3d routines Turbo Rastas. You could tell he meant it to be O0 not the actual programming kind.

Btw thanks to Zarwan for providing the screenshot. The reason i didn't provide one was because i'm not sure how to capture one.A noob question i know but can somebody please explain other than taking a picture of it.Thanks

Press PrntScr then open up paint and press Ctrl+V
I think on some laptops you have to press FN+PrntScr
-
Or google "irfanview"
When irfanview is installed, run irfanview go to "options", "Capture/Screenshot" and that works pretty well.
You can set the hot key and run your program and then get a screen grab.
