Title: Wired Feb 2005
Post by: thrawn89 on July 06, 2006
Hi guys, I already posted this over at fb.net, and seeing how this is a nice little community, was wondering if anybody here could help too

Quote
Hey, Im wondering if somebody could help me out

Im trying to find a high res image version of this issue's cover, not having any luck though [The Firefox Revolt one]

I dont know if some of you still have this issue or know where to find a good sized picture of it, what Im trying to do is print it out on some photo-quality paper, so the higher the res/dpi the better off it'll be

This is for a friend who's a little down right now, and I think it will make her day

Thanks in advance,
Thrawn

Again Thanks,
Thrawn

I might just have to do that, I mean I have no problem in doing that, in fact that would be the ideal thing, however I only have until tuesday, and I need it in by then...I might have to go with next day delivery, sigh

I think you've made a much more meaningful decision Thrawn :) She'll have something that she can keep now.

Yeah, my only concern is if it'll get there in time...I found out that I accually have until thursday

You think 1-3 Domestic Handling Business Days + 2-3 Shipping Business Days will make it by that time when I won it and paid yesterday afternoon [thursday]? Note that the city in question has a major international airport [means a lot of flights incoming for airmail]...

Sigh I hope so...

Don't they have have a postal tracking service. I know that Amazon, give you a number to use on Parcel Forces website, telling you where it is, and when to expect it ( if it's been made out for Delivery )

Yeah, that's a good point Clyde. Most delevery companies have some kind of online tracking process, if you find out what carrier is being used you can track it online so at least if it doesn't get there in time you can show her the tracking status of the parcel so she'll know you thought of her.
