First By Clyde Radcliffe

Now if you were around at the Ezboard forum, you may remember this. I rediscovered it on an old CD that I was going to throw away as it's a tad scrached and had no label on, shame no source code just a bloated exe. I also hope it's compatible with new hardware, appologies as I dont have a means to fix the code.

What this is, is my first adventure at a Blitz 2D intro using some of my own thinking plus parts of Shockwaves Blitz demo library.

Please Note: It is slow paced mainly due to the fab tune used and how it progresses. hehe and I should be excused for that seeing as it's my first and also when I made this it seemed quicker. So peas be patient and avoid the escape key, and run it for a few minutes.

This also demonstrates that by using a logo, starfield and a tune it makes for a good starting point.

I guess I should stop whittering on and attach a zip for those that want to see my beginnings in Blitz Basic, hopefully it might inspire the new blood of programmers.

Cheers All,
Clyde

I remember it well Clyde :)

Bobs, stars, rasters, huuuuge logo and a starfield. It was a really good first demo, much better than my first try.
