Hey DBF peeps!
I'm sorry I haven't been in touch for a while, I've been meaning to get the word out more and more but have been very busy with work, moving house, breaking up (boo!), learning to drive, etc etc!
So essentially, Sundown is back for 2009 - no doubt if you've been paying any attention to Shockwave he would have told you already!
Essentially we are the UK's only multi-platform demoparty. Held in the sunny seaside town of Budleigh Salterton in Devon, we hire out a huge village hall, fill it with a massive screen, huge soundsystem, party network and kitchen facilities in order to bring you the best in demoscene action - but even moreso it's more about meeting like minded people and enjoying the atmosphere.
Don't just take my word for it, ask any of our existing visitors who have become big fans, like the RCM boys!

Btw I am nothing to do with this Shockwav3 (http://www.pouet.net/user.php?who=20003) in case you think I have two pouet accounts, this guy is unknown to me and he should change his nickname to something else :)

Or we could just move the whole thing to Australia, better weather over there, althought I must admit I found the village where the party is to be a fine place last time.
Excellent chinese takeaway, off licence in easy reach and of course the ubiquitous £1.50 bacon roll.

I would like to know if someone can pick me up (we never know) in an area around Watford (Hertfordshire) or London Luton.
Please give me your idea for my travel (I have just noticed that the sundown is in England... and it is possible that I go there :p)

In the aftermath it is amazing to see how much alcohol was consumed last night, I had a very uncomfortable night sleeping on the floor in the foyer of the village hall.
It smells quite bad in here too.
Finally my mouth feels like the inside of my 3 year old running shoes and probably doesnt smell much better.. I need a cold drink but all that is here is coffee and strongbow.

Funny story is for Molecular Fusion I originally intended to use Okeanos^Chimera Music "like An E-Bird!", but Ko0x managed to knock me up a little ditty in time for the deadline.

The first entry is a demo in HTML5 ( really nice, and just for the platform they could be first :D ), the third ... hum ... I didn't like it at all. Kind of random stuff on a post industrial apocalyptic music (If this category exists).
Some productions are on pouet.net ;) ( I have all of them on my laptop :D )
I have to repeat it, I was so glad to see some members of the forum at the demoparty. An occasion to drink a bit with friends, and to share ideas :)
And finally, thank you to the organisors :)
And forgot to say, the BITS productions were not showed ...
So Shockwave has to organise a vote on the forum, isn't it ? :D
