Share'n'Enjoy and Anarchy remake is EPIC and rule.

I did not know Sepultura intro but I really like those
copperbar FX.

Never heard about Slipstream though - those intros
are really well coded by you - but they look like they
were originally made with the RSI demomaker. I read
in the README and it seems that they might be own coded
since someone gets credited for CODE.

Might be just that it *looks* like a demomaker intro -
so apologies on my side to Slipstream.

Anyway, great remakes Shocky - thanks a lot!

Hehe, well the Sepultura intro was coded from start to finish in 4 hours at thte Digital Main Event demo party which is why there are not more effects. I remade it because I was a member of that group and watched my team mate coding it live on the stage at the party.

The other ones were certainly not coded with the RSI demo maker, they were released in the late 1980's before it was even released. Slipstream were a well known group, the most famous member I think was Marc who was later known as N.O.M.A.D, one of the most prolific crackers on the Amiga scene.

Anyway, more to come soon I hope.

Shocky, unbelievable how fast you are.

Some notes on the remakes:

Scoopex&Complex:
Awesome intro. Typcial Uncle Tom song. What scares me a bit
is that the font uses the hakenkreuz symbol that much.

Amaze:
Love the background copperbar FX

Crack:
Great overall intro with cool vumeter fx.

Nice remakes, mate. Thanks for them.

Wow. Awesome work! Hats off! I kinda envy you for having found time to code something during the holidays. I had no time at all.  :(
Eventhough you are swimming in Karma have some K+ for these great remakes!  :)

(P.S. May I ask what you used for the VU meters? Fmod, Bass? Or the stereo mixer output? )

I am glad that you liked the remakes, thanks :) I am going to try and do a couple more today.

I used minifmod to replay the music and used the MiniFmod_GetSynch(CHANNEL) to do both the VU's and the analyser bars.
All the info you'll need to do the same is here;

Props to Hellfire and RBZ :)

Thanks for the info and the link mate!  :)

Too bad it's for Freebasic. But I'll have a deeper look later, because usually it isn't a tough thing to port library wrappers from Freebasic to Purebasic, which I use for all my stuff...

For some of them, yes.

Others were more tricky, such as the Complex+ Scoopex one with the proportional font, the Angels ones had to be completely coded from fresh and as for the VU routines, I never had one before, but yeah, having these routines handy in the future will make further things easier to make :)
