Title: NaaLaa
Post by: rdc on May 18, 2010
Over at the Basic Programming Forum (http://forum.basicprogramming.org/) aurelB posted a link to the NaaLaa (http://www.naalaa.com/) programming language. I have to say that I am quite impressed, both by the simplicity of the language as well as the capability.

It seems to be targeted toward making games, but it would also make a great demo platform as well. Even though it is interpreted, it is quite responsive. It generates java applets as well as stand-alone (embedded run-time) exes.

I have been messing around with it some today and I have found it to be very enjoyable. I'll have something to post soon with this.
