Title: Need help by selling domains

Hi guys!
I am owner of a few domainnames since some years. Due fact i need some money, i will sell the domains - probally at sedo marketplace! Personally i think the domains could be interested for some companies and so i would like to get some infos / help / hints by you guys whats the best way to sell / how to sell / and getting your private opinion.

The domains i thought about to sell:

I think www.immobilienwohnung.de could be interested for any german estate agents or housing association.

www.haarglanz.de and .com could be interested for companies like schwarzkopf or any other producing hair shampoo and other hair products.

How ever, i am not sure how and where to start to sell the domains for a reasonable price. Does it make sence to contact possible companies by smail (letter) and inform about the selling of the domain at sedo marketplace?

I would be very very happy for any help to get the domains sold as fast as possible. Thanks!
