Ever have one of those days / weeks / years / lives where you're hapily ambling along nicely and all of a sudden you get some news that just changes your perspective totally and irrevocably in the space of about 10 minutes?

Nothing can be 100% good all the time I suppose..  A good thing needs to be at least 5% bad so you can appreciate the good days more.. I forget that sometimes!

I've learned to take the good with the bad - if everything was good for me all the time, I'd turn into Paris Hilton... ew.

Hopefully things will improve soon.
