Title: 64x64 bitmap font
Post by: ttemper on December 13, 2011
hey all, I wasn't sure where to post this... but here it is (one of), a 64x64px per char font for use in whatever you please.

its a 512x512 bitmap in 256 colours with &HFF00FF background colour for easy masking. Its 64x64, but you can resize easily to 32x32 or 16x16 if you need.

Attached is the 256colour bitmap as well as a 24bit png (just in case you prefer png).

I'll be sure to make some more, until then... enjoy, use as you please.

@Raizor and @theron, np at all.

@padman, craptro? the way i see it, any 'demo/intro' is never a craptro... sure others may dis it, but who cares tbh, haters will be haters, they all should just be thankful there's people like you/dbf/etc that enjoy making intros... no matter the skill level or greatness of code or display. If I don't like an intro (personal opinion) I'm not out to put down someones hard work, but that's just me. Anyway back to topic, use it in your 'demo/intro' np, just let me know where I can peep it once its done, will be nice to see it used, and yw.

@Shockwave, yw. Yeh, this one (and others that i will do) will be in the same ascii order to ease the coding strings I guess... like I said I'm still learning, so if I can offer things in return for your and dbf forum members wisdom, its win win.

I'll be sure to make more bitmap fonts, so if you're needing a custom one, colour, font etc for your prod, then let me know. I setup a custom .psd (photoshop) file where i can easily drop any font in, align, colorize etc... fully custom 64x64 chars (can shrink to 32x32 and 16x16 also if needed... and yeh, I also do graphics/graphic art). :)

I call stuff like this (http://www.dbfinteractive.com/forum/index.php?topic=5344.0) I've coded a craptro. And I mean it with a wink in my eye. It's only coded for fun and not fame...  ;D Anyway, of course I'll let you know when I use it and credit you properly. ;)

thank you! k++ for that. I don't know if I'll be able to use it since I'm not good at coding, but when I do I'll credit you for sure :)

Another bitmap font for you all to freely use. It uses the 'fairlight' font, comes in red and blue (I can do any colour), both 64x64 in proper ascii order. Enjoy.
