I thought I'd put together a thread listing the various demoscene seminars from various demo parties as there are quite a few out there that I've missed until recently. Feel free to add or edit.

There are a number from various sources here (http://ftp.dti.ad.jp/pub/scene/resources/seminars/code/) (mirror):
- Real-time Voronoi Fractals and Procedural Creatures. (http://ftp.dti.ad.jp/pub/scene/resources/seminars/code/bp06_real-time-voronoi-fractals-and-procedural-creatures_by_tomkh_xvid.avi) (Tom KH)
- Tricks and techniques for rgba's past and future intros (http://ftp.dti.ad.jp/pub/scene/resources/seminars/code/bp07_seminar_iq_rgba'spastandfutureintros_xvid.avi) (iq)
- .kkrieger - Content creation in 96kb (http://ftp.dti.ad.jp/pub/scene/resources/seminars/code/asm04_-_thomas_fiver2_mahlke_and_christoph_gizmo_muetze_-_kkrieger-content_creation_in_96kb.avi)
- A history of Farbrausch tools (http://ftp.dti.ad.jp/pub/scene/resources/seminars/code/asm03_-_dierk_chaos_ohlerich_-_a_history_of_farbrausch_tools_-_xvid.avi)
- A workshop of .werkkzeug1 (http://ftp.dti.ad.jp/pub/scene/resources/seminars/code/asm04_-_dierk_chaos_ohlerich_-_a_workshop_of_.werkkzeug1.avi)
- From .kkrieger to debris. Procedural Content Generation Taken to Extremes (http://www.demoscene.tv/page.php?id=172&lang=uk&vsmaction=view_prod&id_prod=13597)
- Soft Synth, Hard Work - Getting the most out of Farbrausch's intro synth V2 (http://breakpoint.untergrund.net/download.php?dir=2008/seminars/&file=BP08_Seminar_Wayfinder_SoftSynthHardWork.mp4)
Someone should upload these to youtube.
There are tons from Breakpoint and Assembly seminars.
- Breakpoint 2005 (http://breakpoint.untergrund.net/2005/seminars.php) (missing vid links, soft synth one here too)
- Breakpoint 2006 (http://breakpoint.untergrund.net/2006/seminars.php)
- Breakpoint 2007 (http://breakpoint.untergrund.net/2007/seminars.php)
- Breakpoint 2008 (http://breakpoint.untergrund.net/2008/seminars.php)
- No page for Assembly 2003 or 2004, but there are videos above from then. Assembly files can be browsed file hierarchy-wise here (http://media.assembly.org/vod/), and also they often seem to be on Youtube (see the pages below). A lot of these are boring looking and would only serve to bring down the interestingness of any list, so selective picking would probably be best. Also, this page (http://www.assembly.org/summer11/seminars) says: "Since the year 2001 ARTtech seminars have showcased ..."
- Assembly 2005 (http://archive.assembly.org/2005/seminars)
- Assembly 2006 (http://archive.assembly.org/2006/seminars)
- Assembly 2008 (http://archive.assembly.org/2008/seminars)
- Assembly 2009 (http://archive.assembly.org/2009/seminars)
- Assembly 2010 (http://archive.assembly.org/2010/seminars)
- Assembly 2011 (http://archive.assembly.org/2011/seminars)
- For the following link, page to the next page and the seminars are there:
- NVScene08 (http://www.demoscene.tv/page.php?id=172&lang=uk&vsmaction=viewparty&id_party=786&year=2008)
- Function do not link to videos at all, even though at least the later ones (as you have linked to one above) are on YouTube. I have to say their limited number look just as appealing as the same amount from the corresponding year of Assembly.
- Function 2008 (http://2008.function.hu/eng:Seminars)
- Function 2009 (http://2009.function.hu/eng:Seminars)
- Function 2010 (http://2010.function.hu/eng:Seminars)
- Function 2011 (http://2011.function.hu/eng:Seminars)
I think finding the ftp mirrors is probably better than relying on the seminar pages to be up to date, BP2009 was never updated or they never had any.

Loads of amazing stuff here - i've just snagged around 10 vids that caught my eye
Last night I worked out how to snag the finnish demoscene doc and subtitles using firefox plugins
-
Missed the fact that copse had added a load more. Great stuff, thank you. K++
-
another addition
2012 assembly seminars (http://archive.assembly.org/2012/seminars)
-
i've watched loads so here are some comments!
the fairlight one was the first, and is amazing.
then i started hoarding them as downloads.. i've prefixed their filenames with what party they're from.
assembly 2005-seminar-freax_history_of_the_demoscene_by_tamas_polgar.avi (have read the book already)
Martti Nurmikar stuff..
assembly 2008-628_demo_programming_for_beginners_h264_896kbit.mp4
warning -> assembly-2009_871_Demo_Programming_for_Beginners_h264_1856kbit.mp4 pretty much same as the 2008 one so choose one or the other
this one is the next generation of the above, more in depth and different enough to warrant viewing.
(note: this is also the one raizor embedded above, it might be worth watching one of the others first)
assembly2011-1272_arttech_seminars_basics_of_demo_programming_h264_1856kbit.mp4
this one is great from the angle of art/presentation rather than a technical standpoint, basically from ASDs coder
(this is also very in line with my way of thinking which i liked)
assembly2010-1022_ARTtech_seminars_-_Your_next_demo_masterpiece_h264_1856kbit
a talk by a guy from Unity about why they shoot for what plaforms and O/Ss they do, basically showing that at the time this was made most of the world was running directx 9 despite lots of hype about directx 11.
assembly 2009-870_Developing_graphics_technology_for_non-AAA_games_h264_1856kbit.mp4
quite an interesting one about how indie devs are accidentally innovating due to their circumstances and examples of innovation in low tech/no gfx indie games
assembly2011-1204_artrech_seminars_why_being_poor_h264_1856kbit.mp4
