Can someone tell me what programming language do demogroups use nowadays? I mean is it c++ , c# , c or any other else? What does Razor1911 use?

AFAIK Rez uses some kind of Pascal, his glRez Intro was done in C...

Mainly C++ and C these days. Razor 1911 demos are C++ as far as I'm aware. There are some groups making demos in C# these days too, groups such as Still, Outracks etc. There's also a growing WebGL/Javascript demo scene too.

I code my demos in C, mostly. Coding in C++ is easier and also good, but harder to keep the size down and using exe compressors can be problematic.

There's a lot of variety. JavaScript programming is moderately popular and its capabilities improve as browsers support more options.
