Title: Contrast
Post by: combatking0 on November 27, 2013
I've been working on an ice-cube scroller for a demo, and I'm wondering - is the text in the attached image readable?

Please let me know what you think.

Yes, I can read it but try different colours of Cube to see if you get any better :)

Its readable... but this also depends on the speed of the scroller... maybe a bit more opaque color?
Nice one, bytheway

Thanks for the feedback guys - I'll make some adjustments and re-post the image after breakfast. K++

(edit)
I have made the following changes:
* The opacity has been increased
* The cubes are closer together, allowing for 7.5 characters on screen instead of 7
* The cubes don't shrink as much near the ends

nice. IMHO this ine is much better. If you get the speed right... all will be fina and readable :)

Thanks, the demo is now up. The scroller is part of my contest entry.
