Title: Andromeda Wing

Hi all,

I just wanted to tell you about Andromeda Wing, a retro, arcade, shoot 'em up I've just released on Steam:

It's a solo project which took me just under 2 years and all C++ coding is mine, graphics created in 3DS Max, print screened and turned into sprite sheets using Paint and Photoshop. I drew a lot of inspiration from Xenon 2 on the Amiga as I had a lot of fun playing that game when I was young.

Oh man, you just saved this forum section, I was going to remove it since no one had any interest or maybe nothing to show here - like me :)

About your game, dude it looks awesome and I'll certainly check it out  ;),  and yes - it instantly reminds me about Xenon and I also loved that game.

It's one of my dreams to make something like this, so I really appreciate all of your work, well done!

Even though I had an Amiga, I think I only ever played xenon 2 on the ST and even from such l long time ago I could see the influence on your game, looks great.

Next I'm going to add leader boards and I might make some more music for it also.
