i receive error that vm is not defined ?

Hi ..
i am just hobby programm who wants to learn something more
about GDI native coding.
In first place i am interested in primitive graphics and less in game programming.
This topic is excelent BUT
when i try to download attachment it looks that link is broken.
anyone maybe have this example ?
