Like clyde said i want to make a login screen obhiously though not like the windows one, i want to add my own features and stuff.

Hi guys

i have just made my first program using qbasic ( a calculator) but i want to make a login app, i have heard of it done before but it doesnt help u to make it.
I just wanted to know if u guys had any idea how to make it.
