sorry mate, i didnt mean the reflections i meant the black shading on the floor i have a few ideas but i wanted to hear how you went about it.

< edit or do you mean the you blended the skybox with glblend too >

There are two lights in the scene too, one is static and the other moves around with the camera.

I will post eventually Shockwave - i don't think i will have anything ready for this competition though but I will share the code i have re-written - just in case anybody would like to see how i did mine?

Excellent.  I love the Snow and also Wavey Leds Fonts bouncing too.

So sweet work!! I like the display as it is (ie. pretty small) and this sized letters. Very cool.

Awesome atmospheric in the whole thing because of the fog and reflections.

Blue is also nice. A quality prod.

They are Amplis ideas really, he wanted me to add all kinds of things to this scene, I'll no doubt re-code the LED matrix to make it suit.

One of his plans which I really liked were cubes with physics falling all over the place and shaking the scene.

Nice idea! Didn't Keops do something similar in Stargazer btw. (Cubes falling with physics) It was awesome stuff!!
