What an eye opener this has been.
We were previously with Pipex for our broadband and we noticed that it was really quite unreliable sometimes, we'd lose our internet connection for hours at a time, we changed to Tiscali (same comany as pipex!) and we now have 8mbps download instead of 2mbps and a cheaper phone and broadband package than before.
We heard some rumours from friends that pipex actually cap the download speeds to 2mbps and this would appear to have been true in our case. What a rip off!
