Blitz Basic 3d Modeller
« on: November 26, 2006 »
I dont know if this is useful or known already (not being a Blitz guy)but did a search and nothing turned up, so here:

http://chumbalum.swissquake.ch/

is a 3d modeller which costs 20 USD...not free then, but not too expensive. It has an amazing range of export formats and is designed for low polygon count modelling which could be useful round here. Even more amazing. It has Blitz Basic 3d output and C/C++ header output(plug-in).

Its called MilkShape...seems quite cool. Plain text output is very easy to parse.

Wow, they've FINALLY added the texturing.  They were stuck on V0.9.x forever.  Interesting.   It did used to be free though, didn't it?

It did, that's why it was popular with Blitzers I think.
