Doesn't winuae have Action Replay built in these days?  I got the font for mine using screen grab and mspaint.

The version I have has a ripper where you can save screen shots and search for sound data, but that's about it.

I have an Amiga here with AR though, If I could only find it!

Just a stab in the dark but do you need a BIOS to run a rom with winuae? That might just be the problem

If you own an Amiga, there's no reason why you shouldn't have an image of the ROM.  If you have Kickstart 1.3 that would make you lucky as it's the most compatible one.  http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=kick13.rom&meta=

back in the day there was an excellent gfx ripper from ARCANE team. Can't think of the name of the prog at the mo I'm sure I got it on one of the 800+ amiga floppies I got. It would run on the emu with stone stock 500 3.1 settings.  Probably located somewhere on the net. If not I will hunt for it this weekend if anyone is in need of it. <<need excuse to fire up the miggy:)
Would need to convert iff to something else but not a big deal there.

Most decent programs san load iff format Wham, so I think it might be very useful.. Especially for ripping fonts.. Something that allows you to display memory and scroll around it is essential to rip stuff like this.
