Runs on my system, I have a Radeon X1300 card.

Looks like attatched image which seems slighty different to yours.

Exactly the same visuals as TinDragon's post.

My Spec:
P4 2.66Ghz
GFX5550 128mb
512 MB

I think it has to do with cards that support OpenGL differently.
Looks very cool, is it using Shaders?

I don't think it is. Its more likely multitexture and vertex alpha. It says something in the first post about alpha, but I am not 100% sure since I haven't seen the code.

I don't know the details of those ATI cards, but the 6600GT should be able to do multitexture as far as I know.

The X1300 I have is certainly multitexture capable,  I suspect it might be something to do with how the gl texture stages are setup, it can behave different on different systems with some displaying and others not from things I read on some of the coding forums before, but since I haven't got to texturing in OGL I cant really help solve it  :-\

To me it looks like there's more light / blending on more recent cards. Then say a GF2.
Smart effect. reminds me of a silvery tennis ball.

The top ( first method ) looks identical to the one posted earlier by TinDragon, but the second ( bottom piccy ) looks excatly as you have it Relsoft dude.
