Free Code
« on: July 11, 2007 »
Here is a explosion creator program I wrote.
Just make sure to set the path where you want the frames.

Here's a swirl program I made.
Use any picture you want.

Now a Wormhole.

How about Plasma Fractals used to make clouds and heightmaps for mountains.

Old Fire Effect,OpenGL Starfields,OpenGL Snow!

Simple Fractal Von-Bon-Koch

FireWorks!

That's it unless people would like to see more?
Than I'll send more.

Nice one Scotty, if you don't specify a folder then it saves to the folder the program's run from.

Could it be made to fade the explosion out or to a cloud of smoke?

Thanks for posting your demos Scotty!  K+.  I've made all the exe versions here and added in the missing files.
http://members.iinet.net.au/~jimshaw/DBF/scotty.zip 650Kb.
One thing that's interesting is that, even though we must be on 10th generation graphics cards, GL_POINTS is really, really bloomin' slow.

Any chance of a Vista compatible Plasma_Fractal?  That one just crashes even after I remove the palette setting code.
