Any VC200x developer from NRW / Germany here?

Are here any advanced C/CPP coders using VC200x as IDE and living in NRW / Germany? I ask because i am living near the town Bochum, Essen, Dortmund.... and i am searching someone who is interested to show me how to work with VC200x and how to create/code own projects with it. I really still have problems how to work with the VC200x IDE

Hehe ... I am in a small village in Siegen for this week (sitting right now in my hotel). But
unfortunately I live in nothern germany. So I just can offering help in this forum. But maybe there
are some other C/Cpp guys living near you. Guess some personal coding meetings can be quite
effective.

I hope you'll find some ppl to learn the IDE with ...

hi benny... thanks for your offer... i really know you and some other guys here are great and very friendly to help! Will you be at TUM DemoParty in December (Karlsruhe / Germany) ? If there is no snow or ice at streets, i will be there with my car... else i will try to come by train or something if its not to expensive with the DB (drum n bass bahn *Fg*)

@va!n: It's a  real pity ... I was born in Duisburg and used to live there for 28yrs ... unfortunately I moved over to Rhineland-Palatina back in 2000 ... near Kaiserslautern or Ramstein (one of the biggest US military airports in europe) ...

I won't attend to tUM - although it's not that far away - but I'm pretty sure I'll come to BP'08 ... at least for one day ... so perhaps there's a big DBF+GVY forum meeting

I'm from Essen and i use for C/C++ GCC (on Win and Lin) but sometimes VS6 and VS2005 express (C++,VB,C#) to rebuild Libs for my own needs and often i use FreeBASIC as highlevel Assembler

what is your problem with VS200x ?

Welcome in this great community. Its really cool to see someone who is coding C/CPP and living near me. I still have some generall basic problems how to use and work with the VC IDE and how to start with my first own code (i use Win32 API) to create own libs for example... (some procedures are still done but with PureBasic where i use Win32 API only and i want to recode some of this routines using C/CPP and VC200x. If you have some sparetime and fun to show/explain me some things while a meeting in essen for example it would be really great. thanks for your feedback and your help. K++

A very warm welcome to the forum it's great to have several members living close by to each other too Forum meetings can be really good fun.

I met up with Tetra a few months ago, we had a really nice day together.

Anyway, feel free to post any code questions that you have on this forum too, you'll get lots of help / feedback, whatever you like
