I am searching for a cheap but reliable server for
hosting a subversion installation ? Does anyone
has some experience with a hoster and could
recommend one ???

They seem cheap, the starter plan works out at about $6 per month. I haven't used them myself though, I have never needed to use cvs type stuff.

I come back with one.com, excellent service, not the cheapest but definitly worth the money.  I got another host @ bluehost.com, better prices, still a good service but very strict (servers located in utah...that explains why they are so strict about the content)

one.com doesn't do subversion or cvs so it's not appropriate unfortunately.
