Any screen printers amongst the membership?

I may have a friend that could help. He has some top notch work. I'll see if he is interested in this thread.

He does top quality work.

If we wanted a logo perhaps some of the forum artists could do something. Color is limited though so it might be best to keep it a single color.

Hi! im Lordstar. I make shirts I would be up for making shirts for you guys. I dont do screen print I use Cadcut vinyl which is then pressed on which is better for bigger logos with little or no fine detail. I usually dont join up to sell shirts, makes me feel like a bum begging for change but P.outlaw insisted I join up and say hey.

Welcome Lordstar, the Sundown party is in the UK, are you able to supply to the UK and how much per t-shirt would be the cost? :)

Thanks.

Ok! I will get Pixel outlaw to sort the graphics out and get the numbers you will be needing in which colours and I can work out a price from there.  ;D

Sorry Lordstar, would you mind answering the questions I asked you first please before you close the deal.

You're probably only looking at a few t-shirts btw.

Shockwave, I need to give him a design so I can get an estimate. As it stands I just need to choose a nice font for the shirt. I wanted to do some demoscene logo work but he is kind of pressed for time. I was informed that images (especially those with rough edges and borders) take more time to complete. So I guess we will be forced to stay with regular fonts instead of image fonts. The designs up top have the information there but I feel that they read too much like a text document. Once we get the text and fonts set up then he can give us a price.

Ok, but who is he?

At the moment he just came here and dropped about three sentences on the messageboard, is he a uk guy?

Surely if he does this for a living then he can give a price before members of the forum commit thier money to somebody they haven't heard of before.

I know you know him, but we don't!

I personally don't like it that he never answered my questions so I can't endorse this, hopefully he'll come back and give some more detailed info about himself and put my concerns to rest.

My real names Matt Lord
Im actualy a great guy! I did tell P.O I was not happy about joinining up to the forum just to sell tees but he insisted it would be better If I did. I usually get one person on a forum contact me and they act as the head of the comittie. I have my own busnises here in the UK your welcome to call my work phone at KC WORK WEAR 01704 56 22 00. Im based in on the outskirts of liverpool.

I cant commit to a price until i see a set piece of art work. number of shirts What colours the shirts how colours going on to the shirt.

Would you like me to make something from the basic picture that has been shown and then I can post a pic on the forum?
Also will i be selling these to one person who will be selling on to the foum members or will they be buying form me direct via a secure form of payment?

sorry if i appear to be elusive but ive got work comming out of my ears. not that I dont want to do somehting for you guys  :D

A smaller logo would be better than the one Hotshot drew, something simple, a black polo shirt with white lettering that said:

www.dbfinteractive.com
www.retro-remakes.net

(both all in lower-case)
Over the left breast, each line of text about an inch and a half high would be fantastic.

My prefered fonts;

No.1 Choice: Maiandra GD
No.2 Choice: Latha
No.3 Choice: Mangal

Like most forums, some people will say that they are going to attend this event, but sadly when it comes to the time they will make an excuse why they can't go, that's life sadly.

I do expect a couple of people to go from here.

Anyway, if you initially quote me for 5 polo shirts (large) it will probably be me (if anyone) who buys them.

Thanks.

Postage will be to South Wales.

A friend of mine had a t shirt done advertising a bungee jump for charity, I will be seeing her tomorrow, I'll ask her where she got it,  and how much
She had A logo, and photograph on the front, and writing on the back.
You should have run this idea passed me Shocky, you know I'm a mine of useless information.

Don't know if people are still looking at this thread but I had four polo shirts done with my 'original' RCM Logo on the back . . . they cost me £13 each.
Not cheap but very good quality. The design was just white on a black polo shirt. Worked well though!

Is that screen print or cad cut vinyl? Yeah the prices of Polo shirts have come down a lot. I think i can at least match that and the P&P would be quite cheap on five polos

I will have a look at the fonts and see what I can do. I would suggest you look around as some places may be cheaper than me just because of buying power of stock I am pretty cheap though. you might also be better to walk in to a shop and speak to someone face to face.

If you do decide to go for a polo I would say don't buy fruit of the loom there shit polos and ask for a Polly cotton mix. They wear nicer than just cotton polos and you don't have to iron them as much as a cotton polo. there also a bit tougher.
