[REDUCED RES] Flag Matic

Well here it is my third and final entry in the low res challenge which replaces tricolours.
I've gone for more than four colours this time.I want to thank Benny for giving me idea
 of developing this theme around the olympics cheers for that mate.Also a shout out to Hotshot for suggesting the sine wave idea which i have implemented.And finally a big thanks to Shockwave for his help in pointing me in the right direction when i got stuck on something. Cheers matey.
This was done using rectangles so i would like to apologise for not including the flags of USA,Uk and Wales.Dragons are a bit out of my reach at the moment.
