so since i failed back at the old days to become a coder (still working on that ) what was next? to fall in love with pixels

so as soon as i saw the retro remakes site i was inspired again to create something

so here is it, i hope you guys like it

ooohhh look at that ! ... it's not a cractro not an intro .... but a build in forumtro .... hehe i allways liked this effect on SMF forums .... i hope you like the logo ... i'll make some more as soon as i setup my photoshop again (had to format a few days ago) .....   forum text scroller resetting ...

Hey Bikerboy,
The background effect in the logo looks kind of space-like

It's a good try, it's not really suitable for Retro Remakes though.

All the logos on retro remakes should have a pure black background and we have a lot of logos now, however if you can make something that is totally awesome we will use it, please don't get offended if we don't though... We've sadly had to refuse many logos. It's not a reflection on the peoples skill, but more usually on style.

Have some good karma for trying.

One thing we really do need is a link button. same size as the one in this thread;

nope no offence taken

usually when i have an  i have to make it happen and it doesn't matter if someone uses the graphic or not, what matters is to create it b/c i visualised it (the need of creation i was talking about ).

and then if someone has a use for it then be my guest

i know this one is not for the retro remakes site b/c it's not retro enough , i started making it a retro one but i ended up with a demo logo lol

yes it's kinda spacy with the effect being a semi transparent plastic looking thingie.

i saw another thread for an animated retro logo , i'm working on it and i hope it ends up as i want it to be

Usually these link buttons are 88*31.

i'm no expert in photoshop, i learn new things every day and as long as i create things i also improve

so i never say no to a new challenge

sure thing let me know what you need and i'll see if i can make it happen or not.

i'll also try and make some link buttons after i finish the retro looking animated logo

EDIT: not exactly what i had in mind but i have software limitations... i'll try to improve it

EDIT2: wasn't happy with the previous one so i remade it
